What to expect in the first month
A realistic account of the first four weeks — including the parts nobody enjoys.
Most people notice something within the first two to three weeks, though rarely the thing they were watching for. Sleep and energy usually move first.
A brief intensification of the presenting complaint in the first few days happens in a minority of cases. It should be short and should be followed by improvement; if it isn't, tell us rather than stopping on your own.
Chronic complaints of several years take several months. We will tell you at the first visit roughly how long we expect your case to take, and we will say so plainly if we don't think homeopathy is the right route for it.
