Managing recurrent colds in children

When every month brings another cold, the goal isn't a faster cure — it's fewer, milder episodes across the season.

Recurrent colds and ear infections are among the most common reasons parents bring children to us. The instinct — understandably — is to end each episode as fast as possible.

Our focus is a step back: reducing how often the episodes come and how hard they hit, by supporting the child's own resilience over a season rather than chasing each individual cold.

That said, some symptoms need urgent paediatric care — breathing difficulty, high fever in infants, or dehydration. We'll always tell you where that line is.
