Choosing a potency, and when to repeat
Why the same remedy is given as 30C to one patient and 1M to another — and why we often ask you to wait.
The remedy decides what is being treated; the potency and repetition decide how strongly and how often we push.
Lower potencies repeated more often suit complaints that are largely physical and local. Higher potencies, given once and left alone, suit cases where the mental and general picture is clear and the constitution is being addressed.
Waiting is an active decision, not an absence of one. If a single dose is still acting, repeating it too soon can muddy the response and cost us the clearest information we have.
